Wonderful Opportunity!

“If serving the Lord seems undesirable to you, then choose for yourselves this day whom you serve, but as for me and my household we will serve the Lord.” Joshua 24:15
At the University of Virginia, we as CHoosE, Christian Hoos Exalt, are the only Christian a cappella group on Grounds, it is our mission to go and share the Word of God through our voices in song.
This semester is our 20th Anniversary! We are in the process of producing a CD and preparing for our Anniversary Concert on April 11th! It is tradition that we do not charge for our concerts because we feel that money should NEVER prevent someone from hearing the word of God. With that being said, we are supported through donations and remain a non-profit organization.
We ask you all to participate spiritually in praying for our group as we are only a few weeks away from our performance! Please continue to support this wonderful ministry!
If God has placed it on your heart to support us financially as well, the following link is a donation page.
Together we can share Christ through loving more and doing more!
Thank you! God Bless!

NOVA Gigs!

IMG_3947We started off our busy weekend by performing at Grace Christian Fellowship’s Coffee House on Friday night! We were so blessed by the feedback and love that our friends and peers offered for us!

IMG_3948Saturday we made the trek to Dale City in Northern Virginia to perform at CareNet Benefit Concert! We were so welcomed by the members of CareNet as well as the members of Freedom Fellowship Church! They provided with love and through the lavishing of food upon us, for which we were especially grateful! God definitely provided strength and willpower to perform our set!

IMG_3943IMG_3946Sunday morning we were blessed with the opportunity to perform at Christ Chapel Mountaintop! The Lord blessed us with the friendship of members in the church as well as the fantastic message delivered by Pastor Rob Seagears (Erin’s dad!!!). After service we were provided an absolutely delicious lunch followed by equally delectable desserts! We are also so incredibly thankful for our host church members who provided housing and other care for us on Saturday night into Sunday morning, we are so incredibly humbled by their sacrifice and love towards us!

We are preparing our hearts and voices for our 20th Anniversary Concert on April 11th, we are incredibly excited and humbled to have been celebrating and singing praises to God for Twenty (!!!) years! God is so good and we see his blessings every day!

God Bless,
